Final Assignment due on Jan. 15, '18, 11:00 am

Task

Choose either Eyeo (Adblock Plus) or Zattoo (German market) and provide an academically written business analysis (market analysis, competitive situation, market outlook) for the chosen company ending with your DERIVED suggestion who (which KIND OF INVESTOR) may want to invest into the chosen company.
We do NOT CARE about press or company references that you rephrase. Instead, we about YOU ANALYZING the chosen company and its market, competitors with analytic tools. Any statements which are NOT DERIVED from your ANALYSIS do not count at all. It is irrelevant who you suggest as investor (even if none) as long as your suggestion follows your CONCEPTUALLY FOCUSED analysis. Whether you apply several tools or just one is not important as long as you ANALYZE.

Formatting Requirements

DIN A4, 2 cm margin top, bottom, right, and left; text: Times New Roman 12; single spaced; black on white; references in the text (no footnotes), figures / tables drawn / written by you, NO INSERTING of any copied figures etc.
In your assignment, every letter in figures, legends, tables must be Times New Roman 12 (anything that appears in smaller print will be considered as not provided).

No separate cover sheet (have your name, Matr. Number, sMail address, study program, and begin of program (1st master semester) on top of the first page. Then continue typing. Have your name on the left side of the header and the page number on the right side of the header on each following page. Provide a correct , complete and consistently formatted reference list at the end.
Total: 5-10 page (analytic content counts!)

Advice

Use some properly search scientific articles and apply their argument(s) / analyses to your case. DO NOT LOOK FOR articles that cover your chosen company. There is no need that your cited articles are rather new; it may make more sense to apply an old tool / concept correctly to the new world / your case. Rephrsing what others have done does not help. Reference your sources properly.
Start (early in your paper) by spending not more than 150 words on introducing the company, mainly its business model and situation. Present what you need for YOUR ANALYSIS, not what you find on their website ... Do not cite company persons, do not offer precise numbers ...
